What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, USSD, cash on delivery (Lagos only), POS on delivery and instalment payment for orders above ₦200,000. Contact us for details on our Buy Now Pay Later scheme.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Absolutely. ISKylithTech offers competitive wholesale pricing for hospitals, schools, corporates and resellers. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements for a personalised quote.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also contact us any time for an order status update.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our listed prices are already the best in Nigeria. However, for bulk orders above 3 units, we do offer special pricing. Reach out to discuss.

How fast is delivery?

Lagos: Same day (orders placed before 12 PM). Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan: Next day. All other states: 2–3 business days via courier.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT via trusted courier partners including DHL, GIG Logistics and FedEx for large medical equipment.

Returns & Refunds

What is the delivery cost?

Lagos delivery: ₦2,000 – ₦5,000 depending on size. Other states: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free delivery on orders above ₦500,000 in Lagos.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy on all products. The item must be returned in original packaging, unused and with all accessories included.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange pickup at no extra cost in Lagos, or provide instructions for courier return in other states.

Warranty & Repairs

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are returned via the same payment channel used.

What warranty do products come with?

All products carry a minimum 2-year ISKylithTech warranty in addition to manufacturer warranty. This covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

Drone Services

What is NOT covered by warranty?

Physical damage from drops/water, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use are not covered. Accidental damage plans are available.

How long does drone repair take?

Standard drone repairs: 24–48 hours. Complex repairs (motor, board-level): 3–5 days. We provide a diagnostic assessment within 4 hours of drop-off.

Do you repair all drone brands?

We are certified for DJI (all series) and Autel EVO. We also repair custom FPV drones and most commercial drone platforms.

Medical Equipment

Can I get a drone repair estimate online?

Yes! Share photos/videos of your drone and describe the issue via WhatsApp and we will provide a preliminary estimate before you bring it in.

Do you provide hospital equipment installation nationwide?

Yes. Our certified biomedical engineers are deployed across Nigeria. We provide site assessment, installation, commissioning and staff training nationwide.

What hospitals have you worked with?

We have equipped over 60 hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kano and other cities.
